Hotel Response Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Hotel Response, our goal is to help hotels generate more sales while saving time through automation. If for any reason you feel the service isn’t right for you, here’s how our refund and cancellation policies work:

Free Trial

- Most plans begin with a 7-day free trial.

- If you cancel before the trial ends, you won’t be charged.


Monthly Subscriptions ($197/mo, $297/mo)

- Plans renew automatically each month until canceled.

- If you cancel within 30 days of your first payment, we will refund that payment in full.

- After 30 days, monthly fees are non-refundable, but your account remains active until the end of your billing cycle.


Annual Plans / “Bulk Continuity” Bundles ($1,997/yr or higher)

These bundles include prepaid SaaS access plus training and bonuses.

- 30-Day Guarantee: Cancel within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

- After 30 Days: Payments are non-refundable. If you choose to cancel early, we may issue account credit that can be applied to other Hotel Response services.

- Discounts applied to annual bundles may be adjusted if the plan is canceled before the end of the term.

- Annual plans renew automatically. To avoid renewal, cancel at least 10 days before your renewal date.


Courses, Coaching & Mastermind Programs

- Courses and challenges come with a 30-day money-back guarantee.

- High-ticket coaching and mastermind programs are refundable only if requested within 30 days and before any sessions have been attended.

Once delivery has started, fees are non-refundable.


Physical Goods (If Applicable)

If your package includes physical materials (e.g. books or workbooks), these must be returned in re-sellable condition to complete a refund.


How to Cancel

- You can cancel any time using the billing portal link found in your invoices, or by emailing us at [email protected].

- Your account will remain active through the end of your current paid period.


Data Access After Cancellation

- You may export your data before cancellation.

- On request, we will provide a one-time export within 10 business days of cancellation.

- Account records are retained up to 90 days after cancellation, then deleted or anonymized.


Disputes & Chargebacks

If you have a billing issue, please contact us at [email protected] before filing a chargeback. Most problems can be resolved quickly. Filing a chargeback may result in account suspension while we review the matter with our payment processor.
