Cancellation Policy


Cancellation Policy

You may cancel eligible recurring SaaS subscriptions at any time from within your Hotel Response account billing portal (linked in every invoice), or by emailing [email protected].


Effective Date of Cancellation

- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid term (monthly or annual).

- Canceling prevents future charges but does not result in a refund for the current billing period.


Access After Cancellation

- Your account will remain fully active through the end of the paid period.

- After the paid term ends, access will downgrade to a free or read-only state, if applicable.


One-Time Services

- One-time services (including CRM Boost™, AI Audits, and other project-based services) are not subscriptions and cannot be canceled once purchased.

- All fees for one-time services are non-refundable once payment is processed.


Data Export

- You may export contacts, notes, and opportunity data prior to cancellation.

- Upon written request, we will provide one (1) data export within 10 business days following cancellation.


Data Retention & Deletion

- Account records are retained for up to 90 days after termination for audit and compliance purposes.

- After this period, data may be deleted or irreversibly anonymized.

- You may request accelerated deletion by emailing [email protected].
