Cancellation Policy

You can cancel any time in your billing portal (link in every invoice) or by emailing [email protected].

Effective Date: Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid term (monthly or annual).

Access After Cancellation: Your account remains active until the period ends, then downgrades to a free/read‑only state.

Data Export: You can export contacts, notes, and deal data before cancellation. On request, we’ll provide a one‑time export within 10 business days.

Data Retention & Deletion: We retain account records for up to 90 days after termination for audit/compliance, then delete or irreversibly anonymize. You may request accelerated deletion via [email protected].
